Most recently,
Andrea
was asked to create a portrait of JohnTravolta for the 2007 "Living
Legends of Aviation" awards gala. Mr. Travolta received the "Ambassador
of Aviation" award.

A special portrait was commissioned by Airport Journals to honor astronaut Bill Anders, lunar module pilot on the Apollo 8 mission and photographer of the famous photo of the earth rising above the moon.

For the past 5 years, astronauts,
aviators, entrepreneurs, and

Bob Hoover is best known for his air show career, which started when

hired to demonstrate the capabilities of Aero Commander's Shrike
Commander.

Dr. Forrest M. Bird
Dr. Forrest Bird
invented the world's first heart-lung
machine in 1958, the Bird
Universal Medical Respirator.
In 1970 his "Baby Bird" provided
breakthrough
technology in neo-natal care, and still today, saves
millions of young lives worldwide.
Inventor of the high altitude regulator, the anti G-force suit and
scores of other devices, Dr. Bird's inventions are the foundation
for Bird Space Technologies. His respirator research lab in his
Idaho facility also houses his museum and collection of 21 rotary
and fixed wing aircraft.

George McGovern
George McGovern was there in the skies over
Europe during World War II, flying 35 combat missions
in the
B-24 "Liberator" bomber he
dubbed the Dakota Queen.
His perilous missions were conducted
in the most desperate
of circumstances, earning the 21-year-old
pilot the Distinguished Flying Cross.

Pete Bunce
Mr. Bunce joined GAMA from the Pentagon as Director of Air Force Congressional Budget and Appropriations Liaison working closely with the House and Senate. He also spent five years as the Department of Defense's representative to the International Council of Air Shows' Board of Directors and Safety Committee. GAMA is an international trade association headquartered in Washington, DC representing over 50 of the world's leading manufacturers of general aviation aircraft, engines, avionics and related equipment.

Raisbeck
Engineering designs, engineers and certifies
systems to increase airplane productivity and safety on business and airline aircraft.
For more than three decades, all Learjets have
sported Raisbeck wings. Raisbeck's latest
contribution to the Learjet family is the
ZR LITE wing and flap system, which reduces
cruise drag by almost 10 percent and increases the
FAA-certified takeoff performance.
